Is there any fish shop which can receive and adopt fish??
I got a fish but he is becoming bigger and bigger, now I am so hard to feed them because the tank is too small and I don't have more space for bigger tank.

I don't think many LFS would adopt fish readily. Why don't you ask your LFS? Or you could put it in a public pond/lake/river hahajust don't tell no body shhh
Oh please do not give such suggestion even though I guess that you might be joking. Releasing non-native fish into our water bodies will disrupt the local ecosystem.
Yeah, I know. :/ that's why I refuse to get red-eared slider terrapins, once they get too big you have to let them out of their tanks and most people thrust them into ponds where there are native Singapore turtles that have to fight for food with terrapins that come from the US ==
i was just joking, I hope you don't actually ditch it in a pond. Sell it on eBay or smth xD
My colleague used to pass his fishes to Seaview and buy new fishes from them.
