some type of pop up or from google that i can not get to lower right toolbar to x out because send feedback box is there i sent feedback saying how do i get rid of that???

Hi,
The only overlapping widget at the lower right corner is the Google Translate tab. It is quite small and should not be blocking anything. It should look like this:

What web browser are you using?
Can you send a screen cap of what you are seeing to aq.admin.sg at gmail? Thanks.
