    Found this in my planted tank today..

    what is this??

    at first i thought it was a leave debris..but when i reach in to pinch it out with a tweezer it moved!!!!....

    Dragonfly nymph; if you're raising shrimps and tiny fishes you won't want it in your aquarium, as it's a predator and will feed on them.

    Its a hitchhiker for sure. Perhaps from plants or rocks in your tank?

    Did you get new plants recently? Most likely it came with the aquatic plants

    Could be a dragonfly that dropped by if your windows are perpetually left open.
