How do planaria kill shrimp

My tank is infested with planaria but they seems harmless. How do they kill shrimp ? I have both red and white ones.

Is there any medication that will kill them ? Do they also attack snails and fishes ??

there is something called No planaria in powder form. have to use with cation.
