    Hi

    Has anyone faced this problem?

I may be posted overseas...earliest is Jan 2015, latest mar 2015

I can't bring my PRL along...and my family would rather eat shrimps than breed them.

    Any advice?

    Much appreciated

Sell (not on this forum obviously) and come back buy more when posted back.

Your family can help breed them so there will be plentiful for them to eat! Haha

Pass them to a fellow PRL keeper... you can find those keepers in the various threads on the forum. At least you'll know they'll have specifically maintained tanks which are conditioned for housing PRL properly... not all perish or become expensive snacks for fishes.

Thanks everyone.... Seems like I have two options:
    1- sell
    2- get a baby sitter

luckily though, I have been told that I may not be sent overseas after all. They will let me know early next year

Bro i have heard of a friend going overseas for a few months and when he come back, shrimps bred like crazy. Probably got to look at ur filtration to see if it is enough to sustain the tank in the long run
