If it is for a planted tank, a normal white daylight tube is preferred. They are normally rate by their colour temperature in Kevin. Ideally, go for 6300K.
hi, i would like to ask if i running 3 tubes lamp for my 3ft tank for example, is it better to have one of them installed a pink tubes. or isit alright for all three to be fl?!?!

Should be 6500k. That is normally rated as "Daylight" on FL tubes.
