Hi all,

I have recently encountered BGA in one of my tanks. Unfortunately, the BGA has spread onto my driftwood together with some other algae I think. I took out the driftwood and cleared all the mess but there are some areas which I could not reach. I left the driftwood in the sun for few days and realised that the algae turned into some purple thingy which I cannot remove manually by hand. Is there some way to get rid of it? Also there are nerite snail eggs on the wood as well. Would boiling get rid of it? Can't seems to get rid of all by hand. Thanks a lot.
