White stuff in the filter tubing

Hi, white spots are seen in the filter tubing, both in and outlet. Does anyone knows what is it? Thank you

All these are normal algea growth. Very normal

Its most likely the typical green algae, but as your hoses are green, the algae color probably merge with it and appears white?
