I need help in a top view tankscaping- willing to pay for the services

I have a planter box at the balcony converted into a pond and using artificial items to beautify it. Why didn't I use live plants, etc, because it is too hot to keep it alive and to make things simple.

I have contacted some of the more renown aquarium like Green chapter but they don't provide this service. If anyone knows which aquarium does such services, please point me to it. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I need someone who can help me beautify it and I'm most willing to pay for it. If you have the necessary skills, please inbox me your contact number and I will call you. It is quite urgent.

If you are not keen on adding live plants to the balcony pond... maybe check with companies that specialize in water features that utilize artificial structures and decor.
