Artica chiller

Wanted to clean the vents for above but unable to remove the front panel. I just need to unscrew the front panel on my hailea chiller and thought the same applied for artica which I tried to pull the top center hole but didn't work. Can someone advise how I can remove and clean the vents? Couldn't find info on this in online manual. Thanks.

If I'm not wrong, you need to pull harder. From what I saw from other online sources, Arctica's front grill is snap on. If you feel unsafe, why not bring it down to a chiller shop to have it serviced? Places like bioplast?

Thanks bro. Will try again. Where is bioplast? What's the servicing fee like? Is it ok we service once a year with them only and not do any other maintenance during the course of the year.
