Hi guys, hope to hear some opinions from people who have had the same experience or know how to get an LED light fixed.

I have a 45cm EVO LED light. That's all I know about my light.

One day there was a trip in my room and there was a blackout in my power sockets. I got the power back on, but the LED light for my freshwater planted tank did not come back on. Upon inspection, I saw that water had gone inside the plastic cover. The outlet of my filter had been splashing water for a week or two due to the angle that I placed it at, and that managed to slowly seep water in to my LED light. So I've let it dry for a week now and tried plugging it in again. It's not coming back on.

Would anyone have any experience with fixing a light or know a trustworthy place where I could get it fixed for a minimal fee? I live in the East side.

    All opinions are appreciated.

Go sim lim tower, basement or 3rd floor. They can trouble shoot and replace component

Thanks MCE. But kinda scared to go Sim Lim. hehe

I called East Ocean Aquatics and it seems to be quite reasonably priced to get the parts replaced.

Yup. They do repairs for a decent price. I got a replacement plug for my previous clip on evo for just 5 bucks
