The plant on the left top corner with new green leaves,is it ludwigia cuba or panatal?

Like your eriocaulons sp "Australia". Mine was not successful. The red portion becomes white and withers off.

I'm not sure the name, after google, i doesn't look like it... the leaves are curly.after some tan, the leaves turn pinkish..
