Stalk by stalk would be the best if possible, it's backbreaking work but helps improve plant recovery and growth.

Stalk by stalk can I just cut it along the stems and plant?or I need to have roots to plant it also?
Hi anyone can advise very confusing to prepare the Monte Carlo.stalk by stalk with the roots or even can plant me stem?
It's ok to run the runners. Just keep the root.
Ideally stalk by stalk but that's very tiring. Planting a small bunch of several stalks works just fine. MC is a relatively easier plant so the chances of it rooting & growing is high. For me, being consistent with each small bunch and spacing between bunch (eg 1") helps the gaps close up nicely.

Thanks so I just plant any plant lets with roots will do right?
With or without roots is fine... these plants can be propagated by stem/runner cuttings so having roots is not entirely necessary during planting, they will grow new roots quickly. The key is to ensure that each plantlet or small bunch gets ample contact with the soil to maximize nutrient absorption and speed up transition.
Ultimately it just depends on how hardworking you are to separate and plant them.![]()
Ok tks bro for the advice I think I know what to do
