Any tank photos to take a look?

Got a bag of 10 fire red with 5 berried yesterday afternoon and introduce them to my tank with proper procedure. This morning I found lots of baby shrimps buried into the substrate and died. Left a few hanging around. All the 10 adults are doing well only 2 of my CRS died maybe due to the w.c I did yesterday morning. Can someone pls tell me whats happening? Is this normal?

Most likely they just died of stress and shock to the new environment... shrimplets are alot more sensitive than adult shrimps, they can't adjust to changes as quickly.
Its also very likely the berried shrimps were in a stressed state when introduced to the tank, then they dropped the eggs or hatch the shrimplets prematurely, which ended up in most of them dying.
Hopefully with your next batch of shrimplets, they will have more time to develop in the berried shrimps and hence better adapted to your tank conditions when they are born.

Might be due to not much hiding space?
I dont have this problem, and my sakuras are breeding quite oftenly.

Hi Youngming
How is your tank now?

1 female dropped her eggs and the other 1 died with the eggs 2 days ago. Currently am performing artificial hatching of eggs. Hope it works.

Hurray!!! Manage to hatch the eggs artificially. Got around 10 babies inside so far. there are still unhatch eggs and also some rotten eggs =(
