Hi I'm looking to get like 100pcs Galaxy rasbora,100 pcs mosquito rasbora (not sure correct name)and also 50 pcs cherry shrimps and 10 over pcs of different oto.so any ideas where can I purchase?
I do not think there is any one particular place that can fulfill your requirement. But I believe Seaview would be your best bet. The most difficult part would be different types of oto as they are seasonal and most LFS or farm only sells the normal type. Special oto can be found at Green Chapter but not sure about now.

Do consider getting much more cherry shrimps... for 200+ fishes, you'll definitely need way more shrimps to clean up the excess food and algae generated by that bio-load, not to mention ensuring that the shrimp population is numerous enough to be able to reproduce at a faster rate than those fishes can eat the shrimplets.
