Eh actually your system for planted is not very ideal.
You will need some sort of gravel or sand. Planted tanks do not use stones as substrate. I will recommend you redo the tank.
Get better substrate and if you are into low maintenance tanks then get some nanas and ferns and maybe some mosses. At this point your cloudiness in water could be an indicator of bacteria bloom or bad water quality. The former can clear in a day or two but the latter will need some water change.

90 x 50 x 50 cm tank: Eheim 2217; ANS CO2 Solenoid with 60mm intense bazooka; Zetlight 6400; Teco 500 Chiller; Borneo Wild Steel inlet/outlet
Ferts: Dry Mixture/Dr Mallicks. Temp: 26 degrees Substrate: ADA Amazonia
So i should add gravel and sand or change the plant?
