not sure about 4 ft since led is directional , but the picture show good par reading at 60 cm

The specs and design of that light do look good, even have effects module, seems like a polished product. But yeah, ordering such an expensive lightset online carries a fair bit of risk (compared to ordering a cheap lightset).

Somehow i get a feeling there is a chance we might see it appear overseas re-branded as another more "known" brand (seems to be the trend nowadays).

I have a friend who is using it, he's happy with it. To him, it's better than the Aquazonic IP3. which cost a lot more.

Aliexpress vendors are quite reliable and if you launch a dispute, it will usually be resolved but you're right, there is still risk.
