    Hey guys,

    My latest pico was inspired by Green Machine's James Findley's aquascape with lava rocks as pictured below. I just made mine wayyy smaller

    James Finley's stunning tank.


    My Pico Tank Details:
    Size: 5'x6'x7' (0.9 gallon, approx 3.44 litres)
    Co2: None
    Filter: None
    Plants: Glosso & Downoi
    Substrate: GEX substrate (pounded into dust )

    Started like this..

    Close up shot, topped the substrate with additional GEX substrate which was squashed & pounded to dust

    I guess it looks nothing like James Findley's tank, but you get the idea...

    I think you have got the unit wrongly.
    Size: 5'x6'x7' (0.9 gallon, approx 3.44 litres)

    Should be Size: 5"x6"x7"(0.9 gallon, approx 3.44 litres)

    Looking great! Did you change from submerged to emerged form? Your latest photo looks like water is removed.

    Yes. I just let the water slowly evaporated by its own for the glosso slowly turn to emersed form.
    It took quite while but was worth it. Literally maintenance free!
