Top-dwelling fish?

Any suggestions for top-dwelling fish compatible with pygmy cories?

Marbled Hatchet and guppies are what came to my mind.

Any shrimp-friendly ones? (Don't mind if they don't have voracious appetites, just so that they won't wipe out my shrimps )

hatchet fish for me. they rarely swim down. always at top surface of tank. should be quite shrimp safe hopefully.

If shrimp safe, clown killies would be your best bet. They will still eat shrimplets though. Otherwise you can try boraras, those are mid-upper level swimmers.
