These frys were accidental fish. I throw a pair of convicts in my rental pond. And they just breed.
What to do? Can't bare to cull them, so just let them be.
Haha it's a lovely and nice accident. Too bad I am in for African cichlids others will be keen, convict look nice as well

Sometimes, you could get convict cichlid for free, at least in my experience. I found them inside those feeder guppies bag for arowana. You need a keen eye to spot for them in the bag but they are there. This breed breed like rabbits!

Yup, I was surprised finding them in the bag of feeder guppies. I keep finding them still, oddly 1 pc per bag. This was many years ago when I had my arowana. Nowadays, when I passby lfs that sells feeder guppies for arowana, I would glance at the bag to see if the convict fry are there.

Haha thats like searching for treasure, the excited feeling, i happen to bought a trophs from a malawi tank cheap also previously, am always looking at cheap African tank as well. happy searching.
