Either the light tubes are old or they are not white in the first place.
You can just replace the light tubes with new ones that are rated 6500K (give or take a few 100K). The ones rated as "Daylight" are usually in this range.

Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
Some tubes also turn a little yellowish after a few months. eg my AEC 6500K. I tried Osram 6000K now and seems all right.
