    Hi,
I am currently using 2x24W PL light (3ft) from the brand CR. I believe the e-ballast is faulty.

Would like to ask the ppl here where can i buy one to replace and roughly how much it costs.

Also, can i buy a higher wattage one (e.g. 36W) but use it with a 24W PL light?
    Appreciate any advice.
    Rgds.

NA has e-ballest... but i doubt Chan's e-ballest can fit into CR light housing as CR lights are very compact....

    Hi all,
I opened the light to take a look, the e-ballast and the wiring seems like they are all inside a molded case, cannot open...
So I dont think i will try changing, will make do with one light for now.
    Tks.

I suggest you give CR a call to enquire about the repair of your lights.

    Details:

Coral Reef Aquarium Manufacturer Pte Ltd
    Category : Aquariums & Aquarium Supplies-Whsle & Mfrs
    Address : 83 Tagore Lane Singapore 787525
    Telephone : 6841 7357
    Fax : 6842 6861

As mentioned, i doubt any other ballast except those by CR can fit into the casing. BTW how long did the ballast last you before it 'kaput'?
