I narrowed this down to either the freshwater limpet, or the copepod. Anyone wants to make a guess?

It a pond snail. Remove it when u see. It breed damn fast.
Yeah, limpets are much smaller... that looks more like a pond snail, can see the mouth and eye stalks. They are harmless but can be unsightly in large numbers.
Just use a pincette and crush it, then feed to your shrimps, its free calcium-rich food.

This is a real long shot. But I don't have a proper camera for macro shots... But anyone can id this? It's really tiny, mainly whitish/transparent with sort of a head and a tail.
Moves in a jerky motion, mostly on tank glass. No I don't think it's a shrimplet lol

Based on your description and if they swim in a jerky motion, those should be copepods.

Yeah, its quite interesting to magnify and see the micro-critters living in the tank, especially inside the substrate... since fishes and shrimps can't reach them, there is a thriving world of assorted creatures in there.Was wondering if they were Copepods based on what I googled.
