As a recommendation, I would say 30-50 lumen per litre or 1 watt per litre would be a good choice. Also, I would recommend using an LED Dual-mode lamp as LED lasts longer than normal fluorescent lamps and does not radiate much heat. The dual-mode allows you to turn the light down lower when there is an algae bloom. The light you chose must also be able to penetrate the depth of the water and LED does a great job in doing so. I would recommend Green Element brand of lighting and I think it should be available where you stay. And lastly, the colours of light will affect the overall colour of the aquarium thus I will recommend white natural light as it compliments well with any colour of gravel and decoration.

This sprial light radiates too much heat (believe me! I tried) and is not suitable for aquarium use as it "blackens" very quickly and is not safe for near water operation
