Hello, i have a moss..spiky moss kept at cool temperature. If i were to switch off the cooling fans will it still survive? Will it survive at 29 to 30 degrees?

Mosses prefer lower temperature so the fans will help. But you will have to keep topping up water due to increased evaporation.
Spiky is as hardy as java so probably it still can grow at 29 to 30 degrees. For other types of moss, try to maintain the temperature at 28 and below.

    Thanks for the reply!
I will keep the moss at room temperature since u said its as hardy as java moss. Hopefully it will thrive.

If you see the moss start to turn brown, it's possible the temperature is too high for it's liking.

And temperature is only one of the factors for good moss/plant growth. You still have to ensure a good balance between light, fertilizers and co2 since moss are slow growing and if these three points ain't balanced, algae will grow on your moss.

I heard from somewhere that if it turns brown means it's adapting. Is that true? I don't add fertilisers. My dechlorinator contains some nutrients from the plants. And i don't add any co2. I think the shrimps will provide it for the moss.

Not sure about this browning portion as part of adapting to the new water parameters, but a good indication of growth would be green tips/shoots.
And I doubt dechlorinators add nutrients. They are more for binding the harmful chlorine to protect your fauna and prevent your beneficial bacteria from being killed.
As for whether you should add nutrients, co2, more lights, i say it depends on whats your budget, level of commitment etc. Maintaining a high tech tank can be super time consuming and expensive.
And since you are keeping shrimps as well, i strongly advise you to get a fan. Shrimps will do better at 28 degrees and below in the long run as high temperatures reduces their lifespans.

My moss is growing quite fast. But that's when my cooling fan was on. The temperature decreased to 24 to 25 degrees celsius. That's a good temperature for the moss. But the Red Cherry Shrimps that i own..i worry that they will slowly die. Because i read from somewhere that they prefer warmer water. And they grow faster in warmer water like 28 to 30 degrees celsius. So now i don't know whether i should turn the cooling fan back on. What do you think?

Shrimps actually prefer cooler waters since they originated from temperate regions of the world, i.e. Japan, taiwan, china.
Just ensure you dont have extreme swings in water parameters and the shrimps will be happy and breeding. So win-win situation for both shrimps and moss.

Mind if I ask what kind of fan u use?
I m looking at reducing the water temperature but read mostly say it will only drop about 2 degC with fan.
If can drop to 24-25 degC will be nice for me.

I am not too sure on how much degress it will drop because i have yet to buy an aquarium thermometer. But by touching the sides of the tank. I can say that it's pretty cold. The cold is like when u fill a cup with tapwater and place it in the fridge for an hour or 40min..take the cup out and feel it. Thats how cold it is. I am using a normal usb mini fan to cool it. Pretty small fan but works great for a small to medium sized tank. You can also use computer cooling fans. But it works better for me using a mini usb fan. The rate of water evaporation is really high. From tank filled with water to the brim to 3/4 left within a week. So that's the downside
