is my water parameter ok for a shrimp tank?

40 Litre tank, minimal plants, 30 shrimp, 3 oto
Ph 7.0
Nitrite No2 0ppm
Ammonia 0.25ppm
Nitrate No3 10ppm

Ammonia and nitrite should be zero. Nitrates preferably at 0 as well but 10 ppm is ok for more hardy species of shrimps.
Get more plants like mosses and you dont have to worry too much about the nitrates shooting up too much if you dont overfeed and do regular water changes.

Which type of shrimp you keeping?

no really big water change ( 10-15% per week, just regular suction to remove the waste )
keeping Fire Red atm.

currently im using a very small air pump driven sponge filter.
not sure if thats enough.
But i have some Active filter ( i think 2kg), bio media (300g) in my 40L tank (water is at 4/5 tho )
