Seek for Advice - 1 ft PL light purchase

hi all,

I am thinking of buying a 1 ft PL light with these criterias:
a) PL tube should be commerical standard, can replace with brand like OSRAM or phillip etc.
b) Come with holders, not a clip type
c) budget: 20-30 buck
d) 15W or higher if possible

will appreciate very much for recommendation of the brand and LFS to purchase?

any other option beside NA, being there a few times, think that they are much better in bigger PL light set (3ft and above)

the 1 -2 ft one is quite pricey.

I just bought one (Ocean Free) from Qian Hu. It cost me $22 (before 10% discount). It is a clip-on kind and uses a 11W PL tube.

i just got one from NA...1 feet with stand and alu casing...18w i think.. also around 20-22.

Actually dont know the brand...just ask Chan for 1 ft lights and he'll bring some out...looks exactly like the ones he makes but just 1ft loh...
