Did my shrimp just molted or died?

Didnt look at my shrimps for an hour or two. Then i discovered this in the tank :S

Its totally transparent, is it molted shell or a corpse

normal for newly introduced shrimp to moult, due to changing water conditions. whether or not it survives after that, is the impt thing

THink thats a problem too. Every day i find new leaves/stalks at the water surface, they are uprooting my monte carlos
