Ohhh. Thanx ah. But mine does not look as red. Is it because they are still too young?
Thanx all for the Id. Hahhahas.
Hahahs. Cool! Thanx ya. Hopefully they turn red soon!
I got mine from various LFS over a span of time... at places like C328, Green Chapter, Aquarist Chamber, Qian Hu and even Seaview too. It just depends on their supply and availability.
The key is to make sure the fishes are indeed Boraras Brigittae (some LFS mis-label other boraras species as them), and only select the ones with the deepest red color, skip those that look pale or not red enough. That will ensure you get to enjoy keeping a group of deep red brigittae, instead of a mix of less red or pale ones.![]()
How much is the market rates? $2 per pc?
I bought them in 100s. Spotted rasbora. Feed them with azoo mini pellets for tetra. Really bring out the pale colour to dark orange red... still need to find a way to prevent them from jumping out. Have a total of like 12 casualties that decided to explore my living room from my braceless tank.
I know seaview has 100 in one big packet for $10. But like always out of stock.

Update: not as red as UA's.
But certainly redder than before.![]()
Seem like spotted rasbora to me. UA's fish all attractive one hahah.
GC sell most of it at $3
And colour confirm red.
Just more costly
