I am considering getting a canister filter for my tank but I am having difficulty deciding which to get,
1) Sicce Whale 200
or
2) Eheim 2213
and also what's their warranty period?

Yup i second that! i would go for eheim too. Warranty for eheim is 2 years if i am not wrong.

I am currently using sicce whale 200 and an eheim 2215. Both are silent and so far there is no problem for both. I think the comparison will be better if you compare it this way as the flowrates for sicce whale 200 and eheim 2215 are highly similar. There isn't a need for double tap for the sicce model hence you will be making some savings on double tap. Nevertheless, Eheim is a highly reputable brands with more spare parts available in the market. I bought my sicce from Aquatic Avenue and its warranty should be 5 years. Eheim according to my memory is 2 years.
Back to your question, I would say a sicce 200 will be better than the eheim 2213, base on flow rates and price factor.
If I am wrong, do correct me. Just sharing my experience since I happen to have both filters.
