What to plant in a 6\"x6\"x8\" Tank?

I have a betta tank that I intend to plant in my office.
Works out to be about 4.7 ltr.
My office is about 24 degrees celcius round the clock.
Intends to have only sand and base fert, with probably shrimps. No filtration nor CO2. With a FL table lamp.

What plants can I use? Glosso or hairgrass can? What else? Given the size, intend to have only 1 type of plant that is suitable.

No problem! as long them grow can already cos i am going to put it in the office as well.

why does it take long to grow? no CO2?

my experience with them, i find their growth rate is slow, even with CO2.
unless you plant them closer to each other.
but given your condition, Moss is the better option. and you may consider to use it as a shrimp tank!
