I realized they open at their own timing based on their work requirements, typically around 1pm should be a safe bet. There were few occasions that I went at around 12pm-1pm and they were closed, while on other occasions the bosses were chatting happily outside with their pals around the same timing.

Virgin visit to Bioplast. Topped up my co2 cylinder today (Saturday) around 3plus pm. 1 liter for $16, took less than 8 minutes. Uncle was a man of few words so I broke the ice by asking if he had already visited Aquarama. Conversation was freeer after that and proceeded to do a leak test/check for me. Overall, a very pleasant first trip down.

Its frustrating traveling all the way from the West and see their shop closed. As Ingen said, they seems to open and close their shop at their own will. They also don't bother to answer calls. Not very business and customer oriented. I have visited them on 2 occasions; one on Saturday at 11:45am and another, just last Saturday at 4:30pm. On both occasions, their shop was closed. C328 only charge $12 for 1 litre top up. Goes to show they are not cheap also.

Really? The best is call in advance stating when you are coming. He will expect you. And btw, I topped up my 5 litres for $20. Which others are quoting more than that.

I did called a few times with answer. Maybe I'm just lucky. Avoid near 12-2pm+. He's out lunch.

I suppose if there's no call then there isn't anyone in the shop. They're pretty friendly if you are friendly to them. Bought them kopi yesterday (Wednesday) when I swung by. Picked up a tub of loose mini fissidens - quantity was good and quality fresh. Minimum purchase is $10.

P.S. I went around 10.45am and was quite surprised they were in already.

Should expect $15 and $18 respectively, but this is just a rough ballpark. I remember paying only $25 for a 5L and a 1L top up. So just see what he quotes.
