    As advised,got myself a couple Ramshorn snail and noticed one of the snail is "hiding" in the shell and no suction whatsoever. Is the snail dying/dead ?

    Ramshorn snails should usually be attached to the tank glass or objects (even when resting)... they can retract fully into their shells to hide from predators, but that is usually only for a short while and they will come out again when its safe.

    If you see one hiding completely in its shell for longer than a few minutes or lying on its side at the bottom of the tank, then most likely its dying or already dead.
