Looks useful, though could use with an expansion of the DB though. Is this your personal project?

I found the below conflicting though, mistake?

1. Qing Shui Wan No. 65, Sungei Tengah Road, S(699000) - North
2. Wakai 67 Sungei Tengah Rd, Unit 33 & 34 (Farmart Centre) S(699008 ) - West

From what I see from map, they are just opposite each other.
