Came across bags of shrimps in y618. 50 for $10... Are these RCS? They are tiny and without colour. Anyone looking for them?

They could either be cherry or malayan shrimps... usually the bags are labelled, here was my post on them a while back:

Good to hear that Y618 is getting regular supplies of the shrimps in bulk bags, its great for people looking at getting an instant army of shrimps to help with tank algae management.

These should be cherry then. Not labelled in English, but it's written Red in Chinese.
Also have a few bags of higher grade CRS, believe they are hinos. 5 for slightly under a blue note.
For those of you seeking an army of algae crew, time to visit LFS!

Those are cherry shrimps.
I bought a pack of 50 for $10 earlier.
I have no idea why i bothered to acclimatise them for the past 2 hours. Once released into my main tank, the Rams finished them in 10 minutes.
And trust me... My rams are well fed on pellets!
Guess despite being locally bred, the rams still don't lose their innate hunting qualities. My rams are juveniles too... Even smaller than the yamatos i have but that doesn't stop them from successfully going after the shrimps.
Wa.. i never really get to see $10 for 50pcs of RCS le. That is a good deal le.. Thought of dropping by Y618 later.

Price of malayan has went up a lot. Seaview selling $25 for 100 pieces
I went to Y618 just now. Brought of pack of RCS 50pcs for $10. The packet indicate 'CHERRY', usually all like shrimplet type.
No luck with malayan shrimp
You can try your luck at seaview very weekend. Go early in the morning. That's where I got my malayan all the time
Is the demand for Malayan shrimp that high?
Wow. $25 for 100pc..quite substantial increase from my last donkey years purchased.
Actually the increase is within like 6 months?

I still remember at around 2005, the price was less than $20 for a bag of 100 malayan. This was before I started my marine tank in 2006.
