recently i found old (expensive) shrimp food (e.g. gravidas / tonic pro) that have become moist in the bottle
i have put them under the sun and dried them up...wonder if it is still safe to feed them to my CRS?

Not a good idea to do that... if the dry food has been hydrated due to exposure to humidity and moisture, means it's rotting process is already in progress, so it could already be spoilt food. You can't "reverse" spoiled food by drying it again.
