Nobody has any idea?

Hi All
I am having serious issue with my tank. Plants either melt or stop growing after few days of planting.. Tank spec as follow.
Tank dimension : 30x30x 30cm
Light: Evo green 18 w
Co2: 1.5 to 2 bps via reactor ( drop checker is lime green or yellowish throughout lighting period)
Fertilizer : 1 pump of tropica specialized and premium on alternate day
Substrate: ANS, about 4 months old
Filter: eheim Ecco pro 130
Plant: Crypt, SP repen, Monte Carlo and AR mini
I purchased some SP repen from one of the member here and it start melting after 3 days, it was pearling nicely prior to melting. Plants received are in good condition and grow submerged. All other plants are not growing well prior to the introduction of new plant.
Those plants that cannot survive has rotten stem brown and mushy) for part that is in the substrate and the leaves is as shown below.
Please help advise on what I did wrongly. Thank you

Your lights and Co2 seem to be okay for the setup.
Maybe your soil substrate has run out of nutrients, in which case you'll need to dose more fertilizers to supplement the plants requirements (more than the recommended dosages). Try it and see if it helps.
Adding root tabs/sticks fertilizers may be a better idea too, since the majority of your plants are rooted into the soil. This method ensures more nutrients get to the plants, less for the algae.
Looks like there is some algae in the tank too, clean them out and add algae eaters to help consume and manage them... less algae means less competition for lights, Co2 and nutrients.

Thank you UA.

What is the temperature of the tank?
Its been very hot lately. Temperature in smaller tank will increase
exponentially compare to bigger tank.

i also facing the same problem, just that my plant is binded to a log. not sure if overcrowding is a factor.

did you add anti chlorine and anti chloramine ?

UA was correct. It was nutrient issue, assuming that co2 and other factors is proper. I increase fertilizer dosage and add in root tabs. Things are getting better now.
UA, thank you for your help again.
