Your photo URL does not work... probably because of the ... in the middle of it. Anyway, AQ now allows attachment of images to the post. If you look under the text entry are, you can find the controls for attaching images.
Also look in the Helpdesk forum for a post about attaching pictures.
1. Your DIY unit only outputs 150mA. Your fans require 0.190A or 190mA each. Your DIY unit does not provide enough power. You need an adaptor/convertor that outputs 150% of what you expect to use, to prevent overheating and wearing out. Your fans total about 0.4A, so you'll need to get an adaptor/convertor with output of at least 0.6A (600mA) or higher.
2. Your fans are DC... so they need an AC-DC convertor.
