Just purchased 10 red chili shrimps from Y618 earlier this evening at about 7:45. I acclimised them and all, but upon checking my tank at 11:15, I found 1 shrimp dead while another is dying. The other 8 seems to be doing fine though, should I be concerned? My 10 tiger shrimps have no casualties to date. Any idea why those 2 died?

It could be due to stress and/or injuries during netting, packing and transport. Gradual acclimation can help improve survival rates, but the weaker ones will still die while the stronger ones survive.
If 1-2 out of 10 die during the first day, you could pin those deaths to stress from transition, the important thing is how well the rest adapt the the new tank conditions over the next few days.

Usually when shrimps are introduced into a new tank environment, they will molt as part of the transition process. Berried shrimps can't molt with the eggs attached, so they either drop their eggs or molt with the eggs still attached to the discarded shell. Hopefully the eggs on your shrimp can hatch in time before it molts.
Bad news, I woke up in the middle of the night for some reason, and I checked my tank. To my horror, I saw 2 dead shrimps, one of them was the berried one! I quickly took the berried one out and managed to save 5 eggs. After reading some artificially hatching shrimp eggs posts, I've decided to try it out and hope for the best!
Update: All 5 eggs hatched! I could never be happier, they are so tiny! Like this size -> - Then I gently put them back into my tank. Very hard to spot them though, 5 baby shrimps in a 1.5ft tank. Almost invisible!

Since my shrimp died all of a sudden, I did not have any specialized or high tech equipment (egg tumbler) to save them. Therefore, what I did first was to remove the berried shrimp. Note: Be quick or else the other shrimps would have eaten the dead berried shrimp and her eggs (happened to me, which was why I only managed to save 5 eggs)
Equipment needed: Toothpick, a small container with a lid, tweezers
Method: After removing the shrimp, take the small container and fill it up with your tank's water.
After that, hold the dead berried shrimp by the head using the tweezers (Do not grab too hard, you might crush the body)
Position the shrimp in the container with your aquarium water and use the toothpick to remove the eggs (DO NOT use your bare hands as it will kill the eggs due to the acidity on your hands)
Once you removed all or almost all of the eggs, dispose of the dead shrimp's body. (It is alright if you do not get all the eggs out as it is harder than it looks)
With the eggs in the container, put the container with the lid on (not completely sealed, leave an opening) and put it in a convenient location. I put mine beside my tank.
Every 3rd and 7th day, change the water in the container with your tank's water. You may use a syringe to spray the water onto the eggs, simulating the movement and cleaning of eggs, just like what a berried shrimp does. If the shrimp was just berried and died, you might need to repeat this process for 3-4 weeks.
