Need help on ID. Closest match I find is Pseudomugil iriani or Pseudomugil sp. 'red neon'. Also, could you determine its sex? Thanks in advance!

Red neon. Easy to determine sex. Long fin are male.

So is mine a male or female? I was told it's a male. I have another which is much paler and without the orange-tipped pectoral fins.

Here is a pair of them. I was told that the more colorful one is male. Or are they both female?
