Hi folks,

may i have your advice on the uses and advantages of Geo-Liquid (Planted Tanks)? is it a water purifier or does it condition new tanks with beneficial bacteria and stuff?

I have used this Geo Liquid before and I continue to do so once awhile, I find that it makes my tank more stable if I use it once awhile, not to mention noticeably clearer too. I asked a fishshop owner and they say it contains Mono-Lite clay and some bacteria. My guess is it adds some Ca and Mg and also some Kh too as I've seen in my tank. I use to use it like after everywater change but I've reduced it to about once in 3 weeks or once a month now as my water is very stable at the moment. I'm not sure whether its a flocculent though.
