    Hi.. I have a brown and green zoanthid. But, it doesnt want to open up. meaning they close into their stems. I m jus lookin at their stems all day long. May i know what is the prob? it has been for 2 days. i m using a 2 feet pl lighting and a 2 feet tank. can someone help me? please!!!!!! thanks...
    2 feet tank.
    2 feet pl light
    combine undergravel filter and hanging filter.
    1 yellow tang, 2 clown fish.
    ph level, i dun know

    it is better for u to post tank parameter...and the type of fauna u have.

    Avoiid overhead/undergravel filter..........

    Avoid tangs as they peck on your corals..could be the reason your zoos not opening....

    PL light ??how many tubes?kelvin? Strong enough to penetrate the depth of tank?

    Tangs pecking on corals?? usually they dont unless they are not getting enuff algae in their diet. Even if they do, they dun really peck in that sense.. they are just grazing the rocks for algae... feed them lettuce.
