How many kg of JBL fert and lapis sand do I need for a 2ft(L) x 1ft(W) tank?

For such a small tank, you can visually estimate.

For the JBL Aquabasis, just one 5 litre pack should give you about 1 inch thickness.

One 20kg pack of Lapis is way too much. Half a pack should suffice.
