I change their set up recently. Lost the brood but will try again. Not so easily to spawn.

Try to remove the male bro, once laid eggs.
they suppose to be in community tank, with many dither fishes thus male more protective to brod,
i seen in you tube, a tank with two pairs
or try also use mirror, place outside the tank, but in angle or distance approx 5 cm to 10 cm, only put mirror 10 to 15 minutes only.

Not so keen to remove any of the parents as I want them to develop parental instincts
