Good day everyone, I'm new to planted tank. Recently, just started my very first planted tank. I bought the Ista CO2 88G supply. Installed it last night. Seems to be ok.

Just wondering are there any issues or reviews on the above mentioned product?

Its works well... the only problems are just those inherent issues with most disposable cartridge systems, it uses a manual regulator so you have to go through the hassle of personally turning it on and off every day (or leave it running 24 hours), each cartridge only lasts for a short time and the replacement cartridge costs will eventually add up to cost more than full Co2 tank systems.

Otherwise for really small tanks or those with very limited space, its a suitable Co2 system for starting out.

Usually people will turn on when lights on and turn off when lights off. If u do not have much fishes in the tank, u may leave it on 24hours but with such a small catridge u have to replace it even more often

Just to add on... you should also install a drop checker in the tank to monitor the Co2 levels and fine-tune the injection rate, especially if you are leaving the Co2 injection on 24 hours, as unused Co2 can accumulate in the water column and rise to excessive levels over time, which can become lethal for livestock.

Sure, just send me a PM on it.

Or you could also post the photos in your thread, easier for everyone to give their inputs.

That can improve the circulation of nutrients and Co2 to all the plants to promote better growth (rather than just those on the left side).

Try to position the Co2 diffuser so that the filter flow pushes down the bubbles and make them stay in the water longer, any Co2 bubbles that rise straight up to the water surface will just pop there and off-gas into the air, so there'll be alot of wastage and inefficiency.

You should install a drop checker to monitor the Co2, just to make sure it is at optimal yet safe levels.

The green stem plants currently in the front of the tank could be shifted to the back, otherwise they will keep growing taller and obstructing the view. Look for shorter carpet plants (ie. glosso, monte carlo, japanese hair grass etc) to add as the foreground plants instead.
