I have seen some Bros here dabble with diy LED strips... Maybe you should try?
Hi Guys,
I have a nano tank(40x25x25cm) and i have designed it in a way that my drift wood comes above the water. I used to have a LED setup which is not providing enough light for the tank. I need some light solution for my tank and its urgent.
I have already looked into multiple LFS and no one was able to provide me good option which i can use here with enough light. Either the light was not enough or the drift wood would not let the light set to fit.
This is how my two days old tank looks like.

I even thought of taking the Ada Solar Mini and cannot find a store which has stock. Anyone here can tell me please what light i should use.
Hope its not too late for my cubas.

What about hanging led flood light, available in 20 & 30 watt? Price around $30 to $50. No problem growing crypt in low tech tank.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1433594649.159208.jpg

Hi maybe u can get some wood from daiso and make a light stand yourself. I have tried making a light stand for the flood light from ebay and it works great.
Actually, go get yourself a metal stand. Hang a light from there. Settled. Also, your wood placement plus ferns attached will cover the carpet plants to the left. You will find that they will not grow as well as you want it unless your light set extends all the way over the ends.
