Sunken belly.. Sign of internal bacteria infection.. Can try to use eiho metro cure and parzi gold together to treat or use API General Cure.

My fish has a concave stomach. I have quickly isolated it in hospital tank. Is it parasite? How to treat it? Will treatment kill off the nitrifying bacteria if I treat the main tank? This is a picture of my fish. When I look at my tank, I see some other fishes with slightly concave stomachs too. One has something hanging like a thread with a dot. Please see picture. Is this "concave stomach" infection contagious?
Observed only one of my cichlid with this sunken belly appearance. It has passed on since. Not sure if the rest MIGHT have caught the bug too.
