I am intending to visit Taiwan LFS at Meng Quan dong lu. Can I ask, from your personal experience, what is worth purchasing from Taipei? I don't intend to get fauna. Just equipment and plants. Thanks!

Well, actually if you are going for higher priced items, or items that require high postage, then it may be worth it with the savings in shipping charges.
Surprised to find that UP products cost more there than here, though they are tw produced.
Aw man. Are plants worth it there though?
No idea about plants, but if it's a rare and hard to find species, I guess why not?
Perhaps you can use the chance to see if you can find any eggs (dried) of those big boons (Daphnia Pulex or Magna)?
