do you mind show the picture of your high grade king kong shrimplet? I am very curious why your king kong cost you so much..
Hi,
I have a few high grade king kong shrimplets and do not know what to feed them.
I have fed them crushed budget shrimp food and tubifex worms. The shrimplets are still alive but not growing much.
Will the shrimplets eat microworms? I happen to have a tub left.
Any other ideas besides microworms? I do not want to lose these baby shrimps, they cost around $60 a piece and reach the hundreds in adulthood.
Also, why does the marketplace not allow the sale of shrimps?

What brand of shrimp food are you feeding?
High grade shrimp fry is sensitive toward temperature changes and water parameter, you might want to monitor that too. As for food, i believe any reputable brand is good enough.

Hi kingkew,
these babies ain't cheap, so yes, its good you are paying attention to their food.
There are many brands of shrimps' baby food out there, with country of origin ranging from Taiwan to Germany. Cheaper brands would be SL-Aqua (taiwan).
Just don't feed too much so it won't impact on the water quality. I feed twice a day, small amounts (how small, you have to judge).
Just feed them the same thing that you feed the parents with. They will survive.
