I ordered an aquarium (paid in full) from John at Advanced Acrylics in February 2014. After waiting sixteen months for the tank (and dealing with Johns lies and excuses), I finally ordered an aquarium from another vender. I have texted John on numerous occasions and requested that he return my money. As of this posting I have not seen a dime. Can a forum member advise me on how to retrieve my funds. Thanks. AL.

Hi. I guess you're reaching out to all corners to try and get your money back. Unfortunately, this community is mostly Singaporean and probably wouldn't know or have had dealings with a tank maker all the way over in the US. Any Americans you can find here would likely be on one or more of the US aquarium forums too.

The only way you can claim back is either through CASE or file a small claim tribute. Wait, are you experience this in Singapore?

Hi Seudzar,

Plantman3 set his country as USA and Advance Acrylics is based in USA. CASE can't help in this case. I'm not even sure if CASE can help if Plantman3 is in Singapore and the company is in USA.
